Returns

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for "print-when-ordered" items except in the rare case the item arrives defective or is damaged in shipment.

On returns of stock items, please contact us within 14 days. Item should be returned within 30 days in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged in shipment.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Gift Cards
Downloadable Products
Customized Products
Items on Sale
Worn or Washed Items

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your approved return is received in its original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund is being processed. You should see a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 to 3 business days.
